These are real crabshells and are very fragile. Each shell is hand washed, sanitized, dried, primed, painted and sealed with varnish coating. There are packed in a keepsake box with protective paper shred to provide cushioning for safe storage when not in use. Advise to keep away from small children and pets. 

Returns or Exchanges are possible. If a shell gets damanged, a request can be made for a free replacement. Customer may have to cover any shipping or tax costs.
